While the Noida Authority has given Apex Group the green signal for four projects, the Supreme Court must still approve the full co-developer proposal covering all 16 stalled Supertech projects. Until then, Apex can only proceed with the limited scope allowed, and full-scale work is on hold.

As of now, no additional payment has been announced officially. However, cost escalations or pending dues may arise during execution, and buyers should be prepared for revised demands or agreements depending on how the revival plan is structured legally.

In February, the Supreme Court stayed the appointment of NBCC as the project management consultant for Supertech’s stalled projects. The concern is that Apex, while financially committed, has no proven track record with litigated or legacy projects.

According to Supertech and Noida Authority, these projects are 70–80% completed. Apex plans to resume and finish construction as soon as the Supreme Court gives the green light.

If executed properly, this plan could be a major win for buyers. Long-delayed property registrations may also resume. However, buyers should stay alert and project timelines still depend on final court clearance.
