In 2026, as Noida's horizontal land supply vanishes, these plots are becoming "scarce assets."     Connectivity is the ultimate driver of property value. The 45m Lakshmibai Road acts as a major artery dividing Sector 131 and 133. This road provides a secondary exit toward the Expressway and internal Wish Town sectors, ensuring that even as occupancy increases, Sector 131 won't face the "bottleneck" traffic issues seen in older, unplanned parts of Noida.
