Max One

After nearly a decade of uncertainty, the long-stalled One development in Noida has finally entered a new phase. Max Estates Limited has secured RERA registration for its revived project, Max One. Located in Sector 16B near the Delhi–Noida–Direct Flyway. The development spreads across 8.5 acres. Originally launched as Delhi One, the project stalled when the earlier developer faced financial stress. Eventually, the insolvency process transferred control to Max Estates through the acquisition of Boulevard Projects Private Limited. Since then, the developer has repositioned the site as Max One. It is a modern mixed-use destination that blends residential living, workplaces, and leisure. The project carries an estimated sales potential of nearly ₹2,000 crore. Max One stands as a long-term commercial asset within the NCR real estate landscape.
