Trump Tower Noida is the ultra-luxury Phase II of the larger 12.85-acre M3M Cullinan master plan. It consists of twin 600+ ft glass-clad towers (D1 and D2) reserved exclusively for 158 ultra-luxury 4 BHK and 5 BHK residences.

The project is being developed by M3M Group in partnership with Tribeca Developers through the special purpose vehicle (SPV) Lavish Buildmart Pvt. Ltd. M3M India holds the sole financial and construction responsibility for the delivery of the towers.

The project is registered under UP-RERA number UPRERAPRJ794824/10/2025. The official RERA-committed possession date for this twin-tower phase is 31 July 2030.

Current market pricing starts from ₹19.7 Cr onwards, which translates to approximately ₹40,000 per sq ft on super area. The available construction-linked payment plans are structured as either 30:40:30 or 25:25:25:25.

The configurations offer high-end spacious layouts across three main variants: Standard 4 BHK: ~4,925 sq ft super area Large 4 BHK: ~5,685 sq ft super area 5 BHK: ~5,500 to 6,500 sq ft super area

The project features a dual-tier amenity ecosystem: The Private Trump Club: An amenity layer reserved strictly for Tower D1 and D2 residents, featuring an indoor pool, a private library, a cigar lounge, and a fine dining restaurant. The land allotment was briefly cancelled by the UP Government in May 2024 due to a technicality. However, the cancellation was reversed and fully reinstated by the Principal Secretary of UP Industrial Development in June 2024, legally stress-testing and ratifying the 90-year leasehold title.
