Ivory County sits on a large 28‑acre piece of land which equals 113,529 meters. The plan is split into three phases. Will have 23 towers. Each tower will have a height between G+24 and G+30 floors. Mivan technology will be used for building, which helps make the structure strong. The project has two basement levels for parking with 5,781 spots. That means each unit can have two or three parking spots. Every tower will have a ratio of one to thirty which keeps waiting times short. Seventy percent of the site will be open space showing Ivory County’s focus on green living. The clubhouse areas are large, with one measuring 65,000 feet and the other 48,000 square feet.
