Experion Group has acquired a 5-acre land parcel in Sector 151, Noida for approximately ₹450 crore. The company plans to invest another ₹1,100 crore to build a low-density luxury residential project comprising 3 towers with premium 3 & 4 BHK apartments.
This acquisition signals Experion’s entry into one of Noida’s emerging corridors. The brand’s reputation for luxury and timely delivery is expected to reshape property demand and elevate pricing in and around Sector 151—similar to what happened earlier in Sector 150.
The project will feature 3 towers | 35 floors each | 425 units. Configurations include 3 BHK (≈2100 sq ft), 3 BHK + Lounge (≈2500 sq ft), and 4 BHK (≈3200 sq ft). It will also host a 30,000 sq ft five-star-style clubhouse, landscaped greens, and modern lifestyle amenities.
Sector 151 offers excellent connectivity—just 1.4 km from Sector 148 Metro, directly on the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway, and within easy reach of Amity University, Sharda University, and Yatharth Hospital. Despite being quieter than neighboring sectors, it’s strategically positioned for rapid growth.
Average property prices hover around ₹17,200 per sq ft, growing at about 0.9% YoY. However, analysts expect a 15–20% appreciation over the next few years once Experion’s construction gains pace.
While sectors like 93A, 128, and 150 are more established, Sector 151 offers similar connectivity at relatively lower entry prices and less congestion. Its cleaner air and low-density development make it an attractive next-generation luxury hub.
Large projects like this often trigger micro-infrastructure upgrades—better roads, street lighting, drainage, and the emergence of cafés, fitness studios, and retail outlets catering to affluent residents.
Yes. Existing residents rate the area 3.8 / 5 for both safety and connectivity. It has good road quality, functional public transport, and a relatively calm atmosphere compared to denser neighborhoods.
Absolutely. Given Experion’s strong brand equity, limited land supply, and the expected capital appreciation, early investors could benefit from both price growth and premium rental demand once the project nears possession.
The official launch is expected soon, following regulatory and design approvals in 2025. Interested buyers can register on Experion’s official website or verified real-estate portals to receive pre-launch offers and early-bird pricing alerts.
