YEIDA plots come with clear title ownership, government-backed allotments, and regulated transfer procedures, ensuring complete transparency and legal safety for investors.
For 2025, official allotment rates are around ₹35,000 per sqm, while resale prices range between ₹65,000 and ₹1,00,000 per sqm, depending on plot size and registration status.
